Charlotte Grospart Wilson

Charlotte Grospart Wilson is an experienced recruitment and talent management professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as Responsable Recrutement Groupe at Groupe Oui Care since April 2024, Charlotte previously led people, culture, and impact initiatives at Benefiz from September 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Charlotte held roles at HiPay as Talent Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on recruitment across multiple countries and talent development programs. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Consultant and Senior Consultant at Hays Executive, where Charlotte handled talent acquisition, strategy, development, engagement, and transition projects, as well as recruitment for IT and services sectors. Charlotte began the career as a recruitment intern at Groupe Oui Care and holds a Master II in Social Psychology and Organizational Psychology from Nantes Université.
