Maya DROT

Maya DROT has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Maya is currently working at Ouihelp as a Talent Acquisition Specialist since October 2022. Previously, Maya worked at Talentpeople as a Technical Acquisition Specialist from July 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, they held the role of Talent Acquisition at DCS EASYWARE from September 2020 to July 2021. Maya also worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at Akka Technologies from September 2019 to September 2020, and at Groupe INTM from September 2018 to September 2019. Maya's earlier work experience includes a role as an HR Mission Officer at VYV Care from March 2015 to September 2018, where they handled various HR tasks such as contract writing, payroll management, and absence management.

Maya DROT attended MBway from 2019 to 2021, where they obtained a Master's degree in Management des Ressources Humaines (Human Resource Management). Prior to that, they studied at ISEFAC Bachelor, école de management, commerce, marketing et communication, from 2017 to 2018, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Développement des ressources humaines (Human Resource Development).
