Elaine Purcell

Elaine Purcell is the Chief Operating Officer at Oula Health. Prior to their current role, Elaine served as Staff Vice President & General Manager at CareMore Health from January 2017 to December 2020. Elaine has also held leadership roles at Privia Health, Deloitte, and New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Elaine began their career as an Associate at Avalere Health in January 2009 and held this role until December 2010.

Elaine Purcell has a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Healthcare Administration from New York University and a B.S. in Public Health, Business Administration from The George Washington University. Elaine also attended Newton Country Day School.
