Manne Hannula

Manne Hannula is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in academia and entrepreneurship. Serving as a Principal Lecturer and RDI Manager at Oulu University of Applied Sciences since August 2004, Manne specializes in printed electronics, IoT, AR/VR, and artificial intelligence. As a co-founder of Weela / Welapro Oy, Manne developed an innovative home fitness device, and at Eagle Vision Management Oy, engaged in Situation Awareness-based management. Manne also co-founded Neurometri Oy, focusing on AI and sensor data applications, and established Otometri. Previous roles include a Senior Research Engineer at MyOrigo Oy, where notable contributions were made to the development of smart technology, and a Research Engineer at Polar Electro Oy. Manne holds a Dr. Tech. degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Oulu.
