Mika Paldanius

Mika Paldanius currently serves as Development Manager at Oulu University of Applied Sciences and holds various leadership roles, including Principal Lecturer and Head of Master Degree Programs in the School of Wellbeing and Culture. With extensive experience in health care education, Mika has also been involved with the Association of Biomedical Laboratory Scientists in Finland since 2000, where roles have included President and Vice President. As a private entrepreneur in forestry and a silent partner at Terveys-ja Kauneuskulma Ky, Mika's background in biomedical science includes positions at NordLab and Oulu University Hospital. Academically, Mika has advanced qualifications, including a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from the University of Oulu and additional pedagogical qualifications.
