Adam Loren

Adam joined OunceIT in April, 2018, and brings a unique combination of process, technology, and leadership skills as their Director of Client Services. Prior to joining OunceIT, Adam’s background spanned more than 20 years leading business-technology-focused initiatives and teams across both consulting and corporate environments, including nearly seven years working in EdTech at Kaplan.

With a reputation for “bringing order to chaos”, particularly in fast-paced, high-profile environments, Adam brings significant experience with building and leading teams, driving process and operational improvements, and leading business & technology transformations. As their Director of Client Services, Adam is focused on building, scaling, and improving their Client Services organization, and mentoring their next generation of Client Services leaders, in support of OunceIT’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outside and water sports (Kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. - particularly up at Lake Winnipesaukee) and is an avid sci-fi geek and history buff! He also enjoys traveling with his wife and three daughters when able.
