Audrey Faulkner

Audrey Faulkner M.Ed. has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Audrey currently works as a Customer Enablement Specialist at Terra Dotta, LLC, where they coach customers on best practices for software utilization in the higher education sector. Prior to this, Audrey served as a Student Employment and Training Graduate Assistant at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where they coordinated training initiatives for student staff and assisted with Campus Recreation marketing tasks. Audrey also has experience as a Coordinator of Admissions and International Admissions/PDSO at Pikes Peak State College, where they supervised and trained admissions staff and ensured compliance with regulations. Audrey has a background in global education coordination, having worked as a Global Education Coordinator/ARO at Georgia Southern University. Audrey also served as an International Student Coordinator/DSO and a Graduate Student Intern for Marketing at the same institution. Audrey has prior experience in the bakery industry, working as a Cake Decorator at Sweet Hut Bakery & Cafe. Audrey was responsible for decorating cakes and managing inventory. Audrey has also held various leadership positions in student organizations, including President and Vice President of the International Student Association at Kennesaw State University. At Thrive at Kennesaw State University, they served as a THRIVE Leadership Fellow. Additionally, Audrey worked as an Acting Teacher for KidsCamp at THE NEWNAN COMMUNITY THEATRE COMPANY INC, where they taught and directed shows for students in grades Kindergarten to 5th grade.

Audrey Faulkner holds a Master of Education degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University. Audrey also has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Kennesaw State University. Audrey is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Research from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, with an expected completion date in 2025.

In addition to their academic degrees, Audrey has obtained several certifications. Audrey completed courses such as "How to Design and Deliver Training Programs," "Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID," and "Learning Canvas" through LinkedIn. Audrey also obtained certification in Social and Behavioral Research from the CITI Program. In 2016, they achieved advanced fluency in Spanish through the Duolingo platform.
