Michael joined the team in September 2011, bringing with him new qualities and skills. After spending his first few years at OunceIT excelling in customer service and technical support, Michael was given the opportunity to transition into an operational role. Michael continues to work towards that goal, helping OunceIT navigate accelerating growth and an ever-changing technology landscape with grace, intention, and decisiveness. Outside of work, Michael spends time with his beautiful family and also nurtures a healthy side hustle as an actor in the Boston professional theatre scene.
