Kevin Rescigno, MS, RD, NBC-HWC, currently serves as the Director of Food Services at OUR Center, overseeing various food service programs including the Community Market and Cafe since December 2022. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Whole Foods Market as a Prepared Foods Supervisor and Production Team Member, where responsibilities included food production and management. Experience also includes a position as a Registered Dietitian with Aramark Healthcare, ensuring quality and safety standards in food service operations, as well as conducting kitchen audits. Kevin has a background in research from Rowan University, focusing on food security among college students, and has contributed to academic publications in this area. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Rowan University.
