Darren Cameron

Darren Cameron has extensive work experience in the credit union industry. Darren is currently serving as the President/CEO at OUR Credit Union since June 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Vice President at Vibe Credit Union from July 2012 to June 2022.

Before joining Vibe Credit Union, Darren worked as the Vice President at Genisys Credit Union from April 2001 to July 2012. Prior to their career in the credit union industry, they worked as a Marketing and Advertising Manager at Kelly Services from 1998 to 2001.

Darren started their career in the marketing field, holding the position of Marketing Manager at JPMorgan Chase from 1994 to 1998. Darren also gained experience as an Account Executive at BBDO in 1993.

Darren Cameron obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Western University between 1989 and 1992. Following this, they pursued a Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, Marketing and Advertising from The University of Windsor from 1992 to 1994. Later on, they attended Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).
