Kate Evans has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Kate currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Delivery, Researcher, and Data program at Our Future Health UK, starting in November 2022. Kate is also an Advisory Board Member for the Mayor of London, starting in November 2022.

In terms of their previous experience, Kate served as a Charity Trustee for Mental Health Matters (MHM) from June 2021 onwards. Kate has extensive experience in the UK Civil Service, where they held various positions. These include Deputy Director of Data and Analytics from April 2020 to November 2022, Senior Manager and Head of Data Strategy and Specialist Analysis from December 2017 to March 2020, and Senior Manager and Head of Data Safeguards, Ethics, and Compliance from January 2016 to December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of Information, Legal Disclosure, and Open Source Services from April 2015 to January 2016. Kate began their career in the UK Civil Service in June 2005, undertaking various investigation and assessment roles until April 2015.

Kate Evans has a diverse education history. Kate began their academic journey in 1999 at the University of Southampton, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Southampton, they focused on French, Spanish, and EU politics. In 2001, Kate attended Sciences Po Lille, where they obtained a Certificat D'Etudes Politiques, furthering their knowledge in political science and government.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Kate continued their education at UCL in 2003, pursuing a Master of Arts degree in European Thought. This program allowed their to delve deeper into their interest in European philosophy.

Most recently, in 2019, Kate attended the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to pursue an Executive Master of Science degree. During their time at LSE, they specialized in Social Business and Entrepreneurship, expanding their understanding of these fields.
