Naomi Adams

Naomi Adams has extensive experience in various roles related to health behavior change and user experience research. In their current position as a Behavioral Scientist at Our Future Health UK, they conduct qualitative research to provide insights and inform decision-making for program design. Prior to this, Naomi worked at Thrive Tribe, where they served as a Product Experience Manager, utilizing their coaching experience to create a 12-week digital health behavior change program. Naomi also worked as a Training and Quality Manager, responsible for employee training and well-being initiatives. Additionally, Naomi has experience as an Employee Experience Ambassador, promoting a positive work culture, and as a Health Coach for One You East Sussex, supporting clients in making healthy lifestyle changes. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Studio Coordinator at The Sovereign Centre and as a Duty Manager at The Bannatyne Group.

Naomi Adams has pursued their education in various fields and obtained certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Naomi obtained a Professional Certificate in CX from The CX Academy, focusing on Client Experience. In 2001, they enrolled in Sussex Downs College where they pursued an AVCE in Travel and Tourism, completing their studies in 2003.

In addition, Naomi has achieved multiple certifications to broaden their expertise. Naomi obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in October 2019. In October 2018, they earned a Level 2 Behaviour Change certification from NCBCT. Furthermore, in March 2018, Naomi completed a certification in Understanding Health Improvement from the Royal Society for Public Health. Naomi also holds a certification as a Smoking Cessation Advisor from NCSCT, which was obtained in January 2018.

Naomi's pursuit of knowledge and personal growth has also led their to earn the title of a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer - Health Fitness Instructor (CPFT-) from Active IQ in April 2012. These additional certifications showcase their commitment to continuous learning and professional development in various fields.
