Jason Leung

Jason Leung is an experienced professional in land and housing research, currently serving as the Head of Land and Housing Research at Our Hong Kong Foundation since September 2021. In this role, Jason manages a research team focusing on critical policy areas such as public and private housing supply and urban renewal strategies. Jason has been active in media engagements and stakeholder discussions, providing insights on land and housing policies. Prior to this, Jason worked at Hong Kong MTR Corporation, where responsibilities included market research for pre-leasing strategies and lease negotiations at The LOHAS shopping mall. Jason holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Hong Kong, and is pursuing a Master's in Public Policy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Jason's educational background also includes studies at prestigious institutions such as Delft University of Technology and UBC Sauder School of Business.
