Sean Perrodin is a seasoned culinary and business professional with extensive experience in various roles across the food industry. As the owner of Our Infinite Co. since May 2020, Sean has leveraged previous expertise gained as a professional educator at Sheldon ISD and as a general manager at Pei Wei. Additionally, Sean spent five years as Chef Proprietor of Southern Creole Foods, LLC, focusing on manufacturing, distribution, and restaurant operations. Previous roles include Executive Chef at The Culinarian, a catering service, as well as at Massa's Restaurant, where menu development and food operations were managed. Sean's educational background includes an AAS in Culinary Arts from Lafayette Technical College and participation in the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business program, with ongoing studies at Babson College.
