Joyti Cousins

Joyti Cousins is an experienced education and recruitment professional currently serving as a Key Stage 3 & 4 Teaching Assistant at Bartholomew School Eynsham since January 2023, and as a Teaching Support Assistant for Year 4 SEN at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School since July 2021. Joyti’s previous roles include Talent Partner at Humand Talent, Careers Specialist at Shaw Trust, and Head of Internal Recruitment at both IT Talent and Quantum Marketing. Joyti has a strong background in recruitment, having worked as a Technical Recruiter at Reqiva Ltd and Delegate Sales Executive at Clarion Events. Joyti holds an NCTJ NCE in Journalism & News Reporting and a Bachelor's degree in Media, with earlier education in Media, Sociology, and Film.
