Alesha Alford

Alesha Alford has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Alesha started their career at HCA Healthcare as a Nurse Manager in 2012 and held this role until 2018. In 2018, they joined Lake Charles Memorial Health System as a Vice President and also served as the Vice President of Lake Charles Memorial Hospital for Women. In 2021, they became the Administrative Director of Nursing at LCMH Health System. Alesha currently works at Our Lady of Lourdes Women's & Children's Hospital as the Senior Director of the Women's Service Line and is set to become the Vice President.

Alesha Alford began their education at Louisiana State University-Alexandria in 2000, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Paralegal studies in 2003. Alesha then attended McNeese State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in General Studies in 2004. Alesha went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at McNeese State University, although the exact duration of this program is unknown. At an unspecified time, Alesha enrolled in Chatham University and completed a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Executive Leadership. Finally, Alesha is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Executive Leadership at Chatham University, which is expected to be completed by 2022.
