Alesha Alford has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Alesha started their career at HCA Healthcare as a Nurse Manager in 2012 and held this role until 2018. In 2018, they joined Lake Charles Memorial Health System as a Vice President and also served as the Vice President of Lake Charles Memorial Hospital for Women. In 2021, they became the Administrative Director of Nursing at LCMH Health System. Finally, Alesha is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Executive Leadership at Chatham University, which is expected to be completed by 2022.
