Tessa Hardiewich

Tessa Hardiewich serves as the Human Resources Director at Our Next Energy (ONE) since February 2022, where responsibilities include leading strategic recruiting initiatives, conducting New Hire Orientations, and promoting company culture to enhance employee morale and teamwork. Previous roles encompass a range of human resources positions, including Human Resources at Oakland Community College, where Tessa acted as a liaison overseeing employee relations, and Human Resources Contractor at OpTech, managing an I-9 audit. Additional experience includes Implementation Consultant and Talent Assessor roles at Allegis Global Solutions, and Human Resources Specialist at Sundance Beverage Company. Tessa holds a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management.
