Lillian Bertram

Lillian Bertram, MBA, serves as the Coordinator of Organizational Capacity at Our Piece of the Pie, where responsibilities include collaborating on strategic planning, facilitating onboarding sessions, and developing employee engagement programs. Previously, Lillian held the position of Financial Education Specialist, creating financial plans and facilitating financial literacy curricula for youth. Lillian's experience also includes roles at Staples, CONNECTIKIDS INC, University of Hartford, Taco Bell, and ShopRite. Lillian earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Entrepreneurship.
