Heather Rathbun is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Help Desk Analyst at Our Sunday Visitor since June 2015, Heather specializes in troubleshooting user computers and managing service desk operations. As the owner and IT Specialist of Affordable Computer Repair and Sales since February 2003, Heather has developed expertise in installing and configuring various Windows operating systems. Previous roles include Technical Support Specialist at G6 Communications, LLC, and PC Technician at Lutheran Hospital, where Heather provided hands-on support and documented key processes. Additional experience encompasses management positions in shipping and logistics, demonstrating versatility and leadership capabilities. Heather's education includes training from Anthis Career Center and Southwood High School.
