Nichole Treadway is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in user growth and communication technologies. Nichole has held multiple managerial roles at Tinder, where responsibilities included overseeing teams in User Growth and Communication/Chat. Prior to Tinder, Nichole served as the Lead iOS Developer at Goodreads.com, an Amazon.com subsidiary. Early career experience includes positions as a Software Engineer in Data Engineering at LivingSocial and as a Software Developer at GCE. Currently, Nichole is the Engineering Manager at ŌURA.
