John Moses currently serves as the Vice President of Member Experience at ŌURA, bringing extensive experience from Google where roles included Sr. Director of Customer Success & Scaled Operations for Google Health and Sr. Director of Customer Care for Google Hardware. Previous to Google, John led customer support efforts at Nest Labs, HP, and Palm, holding executive positions that focused on global customer care, service strategy, and product quality. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from San Diego State University, as well as executive education from The Wharton School and immunology and physiology courses from Harvard Medical School.
