Melissa Santiago is an experienced professional in community management and social media strategy, currently serving as the Senior Community Manager at ŌURA since July 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa held the position of Senior Community Manager at DEPT® from November 2023 to July 2025 and worked as a Freelance Social Director at DxM for a brief period in late 2023.
