Shmil Naftalovich

Shmil Naftalovich is the Head of Engineering at Bond. In his role, Shmil is responsible for driving the vision, strategy and implementation of all the technology aspects of Bond’s products and services as well as 24/7 operation of Bond’s cutting-edge cloud-based technology platform. Shmil brings over 20 years of global management experience in leading R&D and operation of technology solutions to large clients across the Cyber, Banking, FinTech, Telecom and Software industries. Among other roles, he was the VP of Engineering at VERINT, a Cyber Intelligence leader. Shmil was the VP of Technology Operations with Correlix, a real-time intelligent latency provider, and also serviced as a senior manager with Credit Suisse in charge of mission critical platforms supporting premier clients globally. Shmil holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science and Business Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
