Izabella Golov

Izabella has a decade of experience in Finance, Investment Banking, and Strategic Corporate Advisory. She joined OurCrowd in April 2021 as VP Corporate Finance, managing Private Equity investments from Israeli Institutional Investors, working with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives and assisting in their fund raisings. Prior to joining OurCrowd, Izabella served as VP Investment Banking at a boutique Investment Banking firm where she represented high-tech companies seeking to list on public markets, overseeing IPOs for a total value exceeding $2 billion. Izabella also held a position as a top performing senior advisor at Ernst & Young, advising insurance and banking companies on complex processes in digital transformation. Through her experience, Izabella provides a multilevel approach to financial investments ranging from private equity to public markets and strategic M&As, ensuring optimal outcomes for both entrepreneurs and investors. Izabella holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Shenkar, and an MBA with a specialization in strategy and business development from Reichman University (IDC).
