Barbara Bufkin

Barbara Bufkin is currently an advisor at Kettle. Barbara was previously the head quant engineer at Argo Group from December 2016 to June 2020. In this role, they managed the technical aspects of six projects with the common goal of developing prediction systems and analytical platforms. Barbara also enhanced underwriters with daily workflow and provided risk assessment tools incorporating modern AI techniques.

Before their time at Argo Group, Barbara was a quantitative researcher at AXA Advisors from November 2015 to October 2016.
