Melanie Chapman has over 10 years of work experience, starting in 2012. Melanie has held various roles in different companies, including sales and customer service positions. Melanie'smost recent position is as a Customer Success Specialist at OurPeople since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Communications Assistant at Asia West from April 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they were a Social Media Specialist at Grove Collaborative from March 2019 to March 2022. Melanie also has experience in sales, having worked as a Sales Associate at Simon Pearce, Ramblers Way, Blush Bridal & Formal, David's Bridal, Earthbound Trading Company, and Dress Barn. Additionally, they have experience as a Spa Coordinator at The Portland Regency Hotel & Spa.
