The Program Management team at Out & Equal is responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of global initiatives aimed at promoting LGBTQ+ workplace equality. This team collaborates with corporate partners, manages regional programs in areas such as Latin America and Asia-Pacific, and ensures that all educational and professional development activities align with Out & Equal's mission of cultivating an inclusive workplace environment.

This team also gathers feedback to continuously improve partnership initiatives and resources.

Board Governance

The Design and Communications Team at Out & Equal creates and manages the organization's visual and written content to effectively convey its mission of global LGBTQ workplace equality.
