Out in Climate is non-profit dedicated to building community among LGBTQ+ professionals in sustainability. Our mission is to foster networking and mentoring, and to uplift queer voices working on climate solutions.

Since we started in 2022, we have hosted 30+ events, connecting over 1,000 queer climate professionals across a broad swath of organizations, including climate startups, investors, corporates, government, and NGOs.
