Diego Villagrana

Diego Villagrana has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Diego began their career as a Sales Consultant at AT&T in August 2014. In January 2015, they joined Intuit as a Small Business Consultant, where they responded to inbound calls from business owners and provided consultative selling. Later, they transitioned to the role of Payroll Account Manager, managing over 40 accounts and resolving complex issues efficiently. In October 2016, Diego became a Senior Customer Success Manager at Intuit, where they became the dedicated point of contact for high-revenue generating accounts. Diego effectively managed and engaged over 600 accounts, setting a standard of excellence in customer delight and innovation. Most recently, in August 2020, they joined Out of the Box Technology as the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
