The leadership team at Out Youth has a wide range of experience in different industries, including membership and database coordination, eco-warriorism, sales, barista training, camp coordination, directorial work, and consulting. They also have a variety of educational backgrounds, with degrees in English literature, business administration, and nonprofit management. This diverse set of experience and knowledge allows the team to effectively lead Out Youth in its mission to support LGBTQ+ youth.
