Mazi Ravid

Mazi Ravid has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Outbrain since July 2010, overseeing global teams across APAC, Japan, Slovenia, and Israel. Prior to this role, Mazi held positions such as Senior Director of Human Resources at Outbrain and HR Manager and Consultant for startup companies at Brooks-Keret Financial Management from 2007 to 2010, providing strategic consulting on various managerial issues. Mazi also worked as a Tech Recruiter at Taldor from 2006 to 2007, specializing in technological job placements, and was involved in employee reassignment at Amdocs from 2003 to 2006. Mazi holds a Master's degree in Organizational Consulting and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies.
