Hetal Shah

Hetal Shah has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Hetal is currently working as the Director at Sage Health Strategy since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Strategy Lead at Outcome Health from September 2018 onwards. Hetal also worked as the Supervisor of Community Relations at WellCare Health Plans from April 2018 to September 2018. Hetal has experience in business analysis as they served as a Business Analyst II at IlliniCare Health from May 2017 to April 2018. Hetal also worked in various community engagement roles at IlliniCare Health, including Community and Stakeholder Engagement Specialist from October 2014 to May 2017, and Community Outreach Coordinator from March 2014 to October 2014. Before joining IlliniCare Health, Hetal gained experience as a Research Assistant and Public Health Intern at the Chicago Department of Public Health from February 2013 to February 2014. Hetal started their career in the healthcare field as a Volunteer International Medical Advisor at World Orphan Relief Coalition from March 2012 to May 2013.

Hetal Shah holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Community and Public Health, which was awarded by DePaul University from 2011 to 2013.
