Victoria de La Morinière

Victoria de La Morinière is Head of Programmes and Delivery at OBH. She is an experienced senior programme manager with a track record of system-wide change management and transformation leadership roles. Victoria has core skills in programme management, strategy development and delivery, communications and engagement.

At OBH, Victoria works collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and to support delivery of projects. Victoria has a passion for innovation and digital health, population health and using data to drive improvements in the way care is planned, commissioned and delivered.

Victoria started her career in healthcare communications, working with global ‘big pharma’ clients. Victoria has held various leadership roles in healthcare strategy and transformation across multiple NHS organisations, working at provider, CCG and system level. Victoria holds an MSc in Health Psychology from UCL and maintains her interest in population health, health behaviours and prevention throughout her work.
