Melinda Bonneville

Melinda Bonneville is a seasoned User Experience Designer with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Principal User Experience Designer at Outcomes™, Melinda oversees the design for the Outcomes product suite and leads user research and Design Thinking workshops. Previously, as Lead Product Designer at Cardinal Health, Melinda designed the OutcomesMTM platform focusing on pharmacy experiences, including vaccination scheduling and medication management. Melinda has also held key design roles at Lendeavor, CAS, Thirty-One Gifts, Cardinal Solutions, Blue Diesel, American Electric Power, and the City of Columbus, acquiring a robust skill set in user research, design systems, and user-centered methodologies. Melinda holds a Master of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University and a BFA in Painting and Drawing from The Ohio State University.
