Simon Baeriswyl

Simon Baeriswyl has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles.

From 2022 to the present, they have been serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Neurophoenix.

Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they were the VP of Business Development and Customer Success at Outcomes4Me, where they played a significant role in developing an AI-powered patient empowerment platform.

In 2021, Simon founded and served as the CEO of CSB.bio.

Simon also held the position of Board Member at Diotheris from 2020 onwards.

From 2016 to 2020, Simon worked at Enterome, initially as the Deputy Chief of Operations, then as the Chief Operating Officer, and finally as the Chief Business Officer.

Simon gained valuable experience at Sanofi from 2012 to 2016, serving in the roles of S&I Chief of Staff and Operation Liaison, as well as External Innovation Director.

Simon started their career as a Management Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2008 to 2012.

Before that, they provided interim management at a family-owned GP practice from 2007 to 2008.

Simon's early work experience includes a role as a Research Project Manager and PhD student at Université Paris 5 from 2004 to 2008.

Simon Baeriswyl received their education in a chronological order as follows:

From 1993 to 1999, they attended Freies Gymnasium Bern, where they obtained their Matura degree. Their field of study included Latin, English, and French.

From 1999 to 2003, Baeriswyl studied at the University of Basel, earning their MSc degree in Biology II.

In 2004, Baeriswyl enrolled at Université Paris Cité, pursuing a Master's degree in Science, Health, and Applications. Simon completed this program in 2005.

Continuing their studies at Université Paris Cité, Baeriswyl went on to pursue a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology, which they completed in 2008.
