Simon Baeriswyl has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles.

From 2022 to the present, they have been serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Neurophoenix.

Prior to this, from 2021 to 2022, they were the VP of Business Development and Customer Success at Outcomes4Me, where they played a significant role in developing an AI-powered patient empowerment platform.

From 1999 to 2003, Baeriswyl studied at the University of Basel, earning their MSc degree in Biology II.

In 2004, Baeriswyl enrolled at Université Paris Cité, pursuing a Master's degree in Science, Health, and Applications. Simon completed this program in 2005.

Continuing their studies at Université Paris Cité, Baeriswyl went on to pursue a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology, which they completed in 2008.
