Michelle Beebe

Michelle Beebe is an experienced outdoor educator and guide with a strong background in facilitating outdoor experiences for diverse groups. Currently serving as a Core Guide/ Consultant at Santa Barbara and Channel Islands Adventure Company and a Tour Guide/Naturalist at EXP Journeys, Michelle also acts as a Backcountry Guide for Southern Yosemite Mountain Guides, where responsibilities include trip logistics, risk management, and gourmet cooking in the wilderness. Additional roles include guiding and instructing at the Boojum Institute for Experiential Education and teaching outdoor education for grades 4-12 at the Pali Institute. Michelle has previously worked as a Wilderness Instructor at Hyde School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Visual Arts from UC San Diego and a Master's degree in Outdoor Leadership and Environmental Education from the State University of New York Cortland.
