Alex Webber

Alex Webber has over 9 years of work experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Currently, Alex works at Outdoor Adventures Inc. as the Chief Experience Officer, a role started in July 2021. Prior to this, Alex held positions as the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager at the same company. In 2015, Alex worked at Diageo as an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations Specialist, and HR Specialist. Before that, Alex worked at Michigan State University Human Resources as a Talent Management Associate. Additionally, Alex has intern experience at Amazon as a Human Resources Assistant Intern and at Lansing Urgent Care as a Human Resources Intern. Alex's first professional experience was as an Administrative Intern at the Community Prescription Support Program (CRxSP) in 2012.

Alex Webber attended Swan Valley High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management at Michigan State University. In 2018, Alex obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Later, from 2020 to 2022, they attended the University of Michigan-Flint, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
