Chris Shelton

Chris Shelton's work experience includes serving as the Sr. Director of Infrastructure, Operations, and Cyber Security at Outdoor Living Supply since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Pike Corporation, starting as a Data Network Technician in 1994 and progressing to roles such as Vice President of IT Operations, Director of IT Infrastructure, and Senior System Administrator/Technical Team Lead. Chris was also employed at Renfro Corporation as a Network Systems Administrator, where they were promoted based on their high performance. Additionally, Chris Shelton has a background in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various positions, including Data Network Technician.

Chris Shelton attended Surry Community College and earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management in 2010. Chris also obtained a Certificate in Computer Information Technologies and a Certificate in Network Technologies from the same institution. In terms of certifications, Chris obtained a CompTIA A+ Certification in 2006, a CompTIA Network+ Certification in 2007, and various levels of certification from Fortinet, including Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, which were achieved in 2021 and 2022.
