Katarzyna Schoewe

Katarzyna Schoewe has extensive experience in the design and product innovation field. Katarzyna is currently the Vice President Design and Product Innovation at Outdoor Research, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Creative Design Director at Outdoor Research from April 2021 to January 2023, and as the Creative Design Director from June 2019 to April 2021.

Before joining Outdoor Research, Katarzyna served as the Director of Design at PEARL iZUMi from May 2018 to June 2019 and as the VP of Design at XTERRA Global from April 2017 to May 2018. Katarzyna also gained valuable experience at Under Armour, where they worked as the Non Compete from November 2016 to April 2017 and as the Design Director from May 2014 to November 2016.

Earlier in their career, Katarzyna held various roles at L.L.Bean, Lands' End, Nicole Miller, and Anna Sui, primarily focusing on outerwear design. Katarzyna served as the Senior Design Manager and Outerwear Design Manager at L.L.Bean, the Outerwear Designer at Lands' End and Nicole Miller, and the Assistant Designer at Anna Sui. Katarzyna's career spans over two decades, showcasing their expertise and dedication to the design industry.

Katarzyna Schoewe holds a BFA degree in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Katarzyna also pursued their MFA in Costume Design from Purchase College, SUNY. However, the specific start and end years of their education at both institutions remain unspecified.
