Katy Petroff is an experienced retail professional with a strong background in buying, sales, and product development. Currently serving as General Manager at Outdoor Tech® since January 2021, Katy has held previous leadership roles, including Director of Sales and Product Development at Protempo Group and Buyer at Burlington Stores, Inc. Katy's extensive experience encompasses various roles at JustFab Inc., Ross Stores, and Macy's West, where strategic product selection, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration have been key responsibilities. Katy began their career with an internship at Gap Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from California State University, Chico.
