Evelyn

Evelyn began their customer service career at Firstsource Solutions Limited in July 2011 and quickly rose to the position of Relationship Manager. In this role, they were responsible for retention and was a customer service specialist. In March 2015, they joined TaskUs as a Customer Service Representative Team Lead. In this role, they were responsible for team management, communicating company goals and deadlines to their team, and providing help to management. Evelyn left TaskUs in April 2021 to join Outdoorsy as a WFM/RTA Analyst.

Evelyn has a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from National College of Science and Technology - Dasmariñas City, Cavite.

They are on a team with Renz - WFM/RTA Analyst, Licelle - WFM/RTA Analyst. Evelyn reports to Jan Turla, CS - WFM Manager.
