Leo Blandford has a diverse work experience, spanning from 2000 to the present. Leo began their career at the American Red Cross National Headquarters as a Senior Associate in the International Services Department. In 2005, they transitioned to working as an Independent Consultant until 2008. Leo then worked as a Social Worker at the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families from 2013 to 2014. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Therapeutic Mentor at Justice Resource Institute. Leo also worked as a Mental Health Specialist at Eliot Community Human Services from 2015 to 2016. Leo then worked as a Clinical Social Worker at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health from 2016 to 2017. Currently, Leo is serving as the Director of Health Equity and Community Impact at Outer Cape Health Services.

Leo Blandford holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Boston University, with a concentration in Social Work. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Nonprofit Management from George Mason University. In addition to their academic achievements, Leo has obtained certifications as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) through the Assocation of Social Work Boards.
