Dan Charnigo

Dan Charnigo is the Chief Technology Officer at OuterBox. Dan has previous experience as an Application Developer, focused on UI/UX, at Software Answers, Inc. from May 2013 to October 2016. There, they were responsible for streamlining the build process with Nant .92, debugging performance issues, rewriting the Attendance Calculations for performance increase, and re-designing the Pre-Identification, Calendar, and Assessment screens in the application. From October 2016 to March 2018, they worked at Banyan Technology as an Application Developer. Dan's major accomplishments there include EDI rewrite, introducing EF6 to the application, modern MVC conversion of website to web application, and implementation of RedGate SQL Source Control. Dan has also attended CodeMash 2.0.1.7 and 2.0.1.8 as an attendee, as well as StirTrek 2014, 2015, 2016, RevolutionConf 2016, and CodeMash 2.0.1.6.

Dan Charnigo started their educational career by obtaining a BSCSE in Computer Science from The Ohio State University. After that, they became certified as a CYO Certified Coach from Catholic Charities Diocese of Cleveland. Finally, they obtained certification from The National Catholic Risk Retention Group, Inc. in VIRTUS.
