Dave Felicijan

Dave Felicijan's work experience begins in 1992 with EPC, where they worked in sales until 2005. From 2002 to 2005, they also held a sales role at Alcoa and Alcoa Fujikura Ltd. In 2005, they joined Mol-Son, LLC as a Business Development professional for ten years. Simultaneously, from 2005 to 2015, they were engaged in Business Development and Analysis at WDP. In 2015, Dave became the President of Accu Mold LLC until 2018, overseeing the company's operations and conducting business consistent with the values of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi. From 2018 to 2018, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at Nexthermal. Subsequently, they joined Getman Corporation, where they held positions as Director of Operations and later as Senior Director of Operations from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they are the General Manager at iwis mechatronics Inc., starting in October 2022. Dave is also set to assume the role of Chief Operating Officer at OuterFactor in June 2023.

Dave Felicijan has a diverse education history. Dave attended the University of Phoenix, where they studied Operations Management and Supervision as well as Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Dave pursued education at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, specializing in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist and CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician. To further enhance their skills, Dave obtained several certifications, including "How to Be More Strategic in Six Steps" and "Improving Your Leadership Communications" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Inclusive Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2020, and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," "Coaching and Developing Employees," and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in 2020 as well.
