Kirsten Arville

Kirsten Arville is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and sustainability within the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Supply Chain and Sustainability Leader at Outerknown since May 2021, Kirsten successfully transitioned 97% of the company's business away from China to suppliers focused on humanitarian and sustainability standards. Previously, as Vice President of Global Sourcing at Lucky Brand from January 2018 to March 2021, Kirsten managed a team of 30, driving strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives. At Banana Republic, from February 2000 to May 2017, Kirsten held various leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Production, where Kirsten established a robust product development and production model, and directed transition efforts for U.S. production operations. Earlier experience includes a role as a Logistics Analyst at Gap Inc. and a solid educational foundation from Bowling Green State University.
