Aleš Paulovič

Aleš Paulovič has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Aleš currently holds the position of Director of Engineering at OUTFIT7 since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at the same company. Aleš also has experience as a Software Engineer at OUTFIT7 from January 2017 to November 2018. Before joining OUTFIT7, they worked as a Freelance iOS Engineer at Aleš Paulovič s.p. from March 2016 to March 2017, and as an iOS developer at Mikropis Holding and 24alife from January 2013 to March 2016. Aleš began their career as an IT developer at BASS d.o.o. in July 2006 and continued working there until January 2013.

Aleš Paulovič began their education in 2000 at the Šolski center Velenje - Poklicna in tehniška elektro in računalniška šola, where they earned a degree as a computer technician in 2004. Aleš then pursued further education at the Univerza v Mariboru - Fakulteta za elektrotehniko, računalništvo in informatiko from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Aleš has also obtained several certifications, including "Transition from Technical Individual Contributor to Manager" from Udemy in January 2023, "Remote Team Management & Leadership - Manage A Remote Team" from Udemy in April 2022, and "Managing Remote Teams" from Udemy in March 2022.
