Doug Carlson

Doug Carlson has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Doug most recently worked as the VP of Client Solutions at Outform since April 2023. Prior to that, they were involved in retail merchandising and marketing execution solutions at Great Northern Corporation from July 2019 to April 2023.

From November 2018 to June 2019, Carlson worked as the Managing Partner at Iris Concise, where they were responsible for driving integration across North American offices and onboarding an acquisition.

Before that, they held various roles at Integrated Merchandising Systems, LLC from 1998 to 2017, including Executive Vice President, General Manager, Vice President, General Manager, Account Director, and Account Executive/Manager.

In the early years of their career, Carlson worked as a Commodities Clerk at Km Trading, an Account Executive at DDB, and had roles as a Regional Account Manager and Media Planner at DMB&B.

Doug Carlson received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Doug later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago, from 2002 to 2004.
