Simon Swain

Simon Swain started their career in 2002 working as a Junior Visualiser to 3D Designer at IDa Creative Link. Simon then worked as a Creative Designer at Pointer Design (Bezier Group) from 2005 until 2008. Following this, they worked as a Senior Designer at Coutts Creative Shopper Marketing and then at Pointer. From 2009 until 2010, Simon worked as a European POS Consultant at bezier Group Limited. Simon then joined Sector Design & Marketing Ltd as a Creative Designer from 2010 until 2011. In 2011, they became a Permanent Design Manager at Impact Creative Partnership. Simon then worked at Impact Retail Ltd as a Design & New Media Director and later as a New Media Design Director from 2012 until 2016. From 2016 until 2019, they held the position of Digital Innovations Director at Impact, and currently, they are serving as the Head of R&D Technology at OUTFORM since 2019.
