Joel Heard

Joel joined OUTFRONT in 2018 as the Vice President of Information Technology, bringing with him extensive experience in the creation of new, and optimization of existing Digital out-of-home networks, along with a passion for the Out-of-home industry at large. He is a driven IT professional who has an innate ability to lead people, with proven success in developing solutions that address the unique needs of a respective business. His objective at OUTFRONT is to create flexible platforms that facilitate innovation in the interest of redefining the capabilities of Out-of-home advertising while maximizing campaign effectiveness for the brands they represent.
