Louise Plant

Louise is OUTFRONT’s VP of Human Resources. She oversees every aspect of Human Resources and brings a wealth of HR experience, which includes talent and performance management, compensation, benefits, recruitment, administration. Prior to joining OUTFRONT, Louise spent the best part of 20 years with a large Fortune 100 consumer goods company where she was responsible for the HR function in Canada. During her 8 years with OUTFRONT, she has been instrumental in reinventing the HR offering with a focus on driving a positive employee experience. She is a thoughtful leader who is passionate about her work and driving change.
